The "Jezioro Chełmica" swimming area is located in the village of Chełmica-Cukrownia on a plot of land within the Chełmica Duża cadastral district, in the Fabianki cadastral unit, designated as No. 48 in the land registry. The beach is sandy and surrounded by trees; on one side, the swimming area is bordered by a 35-meter-long wooden pier. About 100 meters from the beach is a changing room building with restrooms equipped with hot water. The building contains: a women’s changing room and locker room, women’s restroom, a men’s changing room and locker room, men’s restroom, a restroom for people with disabilities, and a lifeguard station.
