The swimming area is located on Lake Kubek. The beach is 15 meters long, and the average depth of the lake is 2 meters. The swimming area is marked with buoys. An information board and the swimming area rules are posted on the premises. Lifeguards are on duty. Proper waste management is in place (trash cans are emptied daily). Regular cleanup efforts ensure that public areas remain clean. During the summer season, water quality checks are conducted at the swimming area according to a water sampling schedule agreed upon with the PPIS in Międzychód.
