Lake Reczynek is a municipal swimming area attractively situated within the city’s administrative boundaries, in its northern part. Lake Reczynek helps enhance the city’s appeal to tourists, allows for fuller use of its scenic and natural assets, and strengthens its tourism potential. In the immediate vicinity of the lake is a recreation center featuring water equipment rentals, a campground, a small sports field, and a playground. On the opposite side is a guesthouse offering wellness services. The “Uroczysko Doliny Lenki” Nature and Landscape Complex is situated in the immediate vicinity of the lake. Lake Reczynek is a municipal swimming area for both local residents and tourists; it is open to the public and free of charge. The municipal swimming area will appeal to swimmers and campers alike, as well as to anglers and birdwatchers. The vegetation is dominated by true rushes—along the N, NE, and S shores, a strip of rushes consisting of narrow-leaved cattail extends 20–25 meters into the lake. Along the W shore, the rushes are sparsely developed. Submerged vegetation is poorly developed (mainly along the NW shore) and consists of pondweed and water milfoil.
