The Lubiszyn Municipality will be responsible for managing the swimming area. The length of the swimming area’s shoreline will be approximately 80–100 m. Area of the swimming area: 4,348 m². Corner points of the swimming area: A. X.5852363.67 Y.5503238.23, B. X.5852413.23 Y.5503241.94, C. X.5852407.47, Y.5503342.33, D. X.5852371.04, Y.5503340.77. Swimming areas: 1. wading area – up to 40 cm deep, 2. red buoys – area for non-swimmers, up to 1.2 m deep, 3. yellow buoys – zone for strong swimmers, up to 4 m into the lake. Swimming area dimensions: 1. shoreline length – approx. 80 m, 2. depth into the lake – approx. 50 m. Beach infrastructure: 1. trash cans on the beach – 10 units; if needed, the number of trash cans is increased based on demand, 2. recycling bins – 8 units, 3. bicycle racks—4 units, 4. shelters—8 units, 5. two changing rooms, 6. freestanding restrooms—2 units, 7. a recreational boardwalk with two viewing points, with a total length of 9.22 m and a total area of 280.89 m², 8. There are no plans to build a volleyball court, a fitness area, or a children’s play area on the beach during the 2026 swimming season, 9. Waste removal from trash containers on the beach—once a day, 10. Waste removal from containers for selective waste collection—in accordance with the Regulations - Resolution No. VIII/27/2025 of the MG-6 Special-Purpose Association Assembly dated October 31, 2025, regarding the Regulations on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order within the MG-6 Special-Purpose Association.
