The swimming area is located on an artificial reservoir on the Pośna River, near the Radków–Studena Voda tourist border crossing into the Czech Republic. The designated swimming area is located in the southwestern part of the reservoir. The water in the swimming area is not at risk of contamination from discharges from wastewater treatment plants or other external factors that could cause water pollution.
